Good upkeep. Can be loud on weekends, but usually good on weekdays. You'll get to know your neighbors very intimately because of the way the apartments are set up. The indoor hallways through the complex are great in bad weather, but you'll know every time your neighbor steps out the door.
Management is very disappointing. It was great at first, but over our time here all the good people in charge left. If anything happens to you, one of the consultants will find a way to turn it around and make it your own issue to handle. For us, this is in regards to a faulty laundry card machine and gate remote. But, she apparently is very good about getting people into an apartment.
This complex isn't too bad because there are people there who can help, but make sure you get a second opinion. One person in particular is usually wrong and won't admit it until she gets caught in a corner by someone higher than her. Unfortunately, higher management is usually not available. Good luck!

Laundry does not accept coins and you cannot park without remote, yet if the laundry card or gate remote fail, they've made it clear the resident will pay for replacements. Ridiculous! I know who you're talking about. She's very rude - she cuts you off and won't allow you to finish what you're saying - basically, she's not listening. People skills are important if you want to keep residents. I've talked to others who have had the same problem, including some of the staff. When there's a lack of cohesion amongst the team, you can't provide good service. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews and will bring in better employees.
