I currently live @ RC Briarwood and it has been the absolute worst year and a half of my life. My car has been broken into,everything stolen. My beach cruisers not once but now twice have been stolen off my back patio. There has been shots fired 1 building down from where I currently stay now. They keep switching managers of the place... since I have lived there, there has been 5 "managers". The new one is just a complete ----- and doesnt know a damn thing about what is going on there. The people in the office dont know either. They are all just liars anyway. They all act like your best friend and fill your head with what they want you to think... give you a little wink about pets, where you can park and what you can and cant have on your patios.From DAY 1 we were all allowed to have grills, bikes whatever we wanted on the porch, not anymore.. you cant have ----... its like this. WE ARE PAYING A FORTUNE TO LIVE IN YOUR FILTHY PLACE... GIVE US A LITTLE PLEASURE AND LET US KEEP THE BBQ's!!!!!
Till you get in trouble This place is a hell hole and I frequently let people walking to the leasing office know that. I am going to make sure that this place doesnt suck in anymore good people. They have soooo many maintence people its ridiculous. Good thing, and bad. The people they allow rent arent great either... its everyone from scum buckets who have no lives and just drink and smoke the day away, to handicap people whom they place in the farthest away apartment from the laundry facility.
Also, ladies... CARRY MASE OR PEPPER SPRAY... with all of the nasty people walking thru the complex, its always good to have. I carry it everywhere with me in the complex.... never go anywhere without it. I HATE THIS PLACE! CANT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

...and to think that this person sounds like she's had a great experience compared to me! To say the staff (and the regional management personnel, too) are liars is an understatement!! What a @%&*^#$ DUMP!!
