Nicest on the Street..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003 1 response   I lived in G203 - Jr. 1 bedroom. When I moved in the leasing manager was soooo nice. Unfortunately, she left for another job about 3 weeks after I moved in. I had major problems with my dishwasher leaking water all over my kitchen floor and the maintenance guy always insisted it was my fault for putting too much soap in the dispenser'''' My toilet overflowed at least 6 times - a couple times at 5 or 6 in the morning. It would take maintenance over an hour to get there to fix it and I would be late to work on those mornings. I had a major problem with the jerk that lived below me for months. He blasted his music 24/7 and I had to call the police numerous times (which is not like me at all) because the managers never seemed to care. Finally, I had one of the managers over so they could hear the pounding for themselves. The guy ended up being evicted a few months later for not paying his rent. Besides the noise from him, the community is pretty quiet. Landscaping is very nice - looks beautiful in the fall when all the leaves turn orange, red, and yellow. I lived towards the back of the complex, very close to a laundry room too. Loved that basic cable was paid for (I have to pay $50/mo where I live now for Basic). I probably could have stayed there longer, but I couldn't stand living in my small 635 square foot unit any longer and my rent kept increasing....P.S. I have a pretty nice car and it was never tampered with.
