I have lived at Rose Pointe Apartments for almost 2 years and I have to say they out perform the rest in Fullerton. The grounds of the facility are kept in immaculate conditions that is very clean and safe. They have many ammenities that include not only a dry sauna, tennis court, volleyball court,gym, and a conference room/computer room but also paid utilities such as gas, water, trash, and cable. Their staff are very helpful, nice and friendly and conduct business to the highest standards of servicing their tennants. They also are very community oreinted with different seaonal activities such as Summer Luaus, a Holloween Haunted House, and Christmas Party. I can go on and on, but seeing is believing. See and judge for yourself. I would rate this apartment complex with 6 stars, (an extra one for my personal experience since living there).

Isn't if ironic that there are so many reviews here that sound like a description taken out of the Apartments Magazine? Is this a sales pitch or what? Read all my reviews of rose pointe. I've taken the time to respond to every review because I wish someone would have told me to never move here. I'm your someone. DON'T MOVE HERE! Before I moved out, I had four (4) different neighbors move in then out. (I lived here for over 3 years)
