The posts here clearly point out the lack of care being given the staff at Rose Pointe today. Something that should be noted is that these comments have occurred in the last year and that work orders are not being done properly today where that was never a concern previously. The property has a problem that much is clear. The last comment said they had to shower at the swimming pool, which is disgraceful, because apparently maintenance was no longer correcting problems with the plumbing. The need to stand around and get proof that work orders are even being written because of the poor staff behavior clearly shows the state of affairs that this property has arrived at. Rent here at your own risk.

Once again, another renter with water issues. I've logged every time the water was out, in which I was home to experience it. On average, for the past 3 years, 4 times per year the water is off. Note: that's when I was home and experienced it first hand. I learned my lesson and made sure I had 2 gallons of water stored on hand just in case I had to shower in the morning without water.
I can almost pinpoint when everything went south at Rose Pointe....July/August of 2005. Before that, maintenance issues were handled timely and correctly. I had a dishwasher replaced only after 6 months of bickering with Management. I was repulsed at the white film that would appear on my dishes after washing them. With the new d/w installed, that problem is gone. Later, I had issues with the neighbors...I can't wait until cigarette smoking and BBQ'ing on your patio/balcony is against the law!
Parking was another huge issue. Read all my other responses to reviews and my own for more on that.
