Our experience at Rose Pointe Apartments was one of the best ever. Management is very friendly and efficient. Victoria, Kraichelle, Melanie, Miguel and Salvador; we miss you guys. Any work orders we had, were done properly and on time. Excellent Customer Service at all times. The cookies were good too. We loved to participate in all the events. It was a great oportunity to meet our neighbors and also for the staff to know us better and remember our name, as others complaint. We strongly disagree with other reviews, having negative comments towards the place and staff. For example: 1) Stolen cars' There were probably towed away due to not having the proper parking permit or were parked at some one else carport. 2) The patrol number and all important information is in the monthly newsletter delivered personally to your door. Have you ever read it' 3) If the parking is so hard to find. Remember that the extra carport is for only $25 a month. 4) If the apartment was tiny and the appliances were too old. Why did you move in' During the first interview, they told you the year of the building and they also showed you the apartment. Maybe you bought to much extra stuff that you might not need. 5) How about those outrageous racist comments. Lets remember that you live in California. And what makes this a great State, is the mixture of Nationalities and cultures. Otherwise you are more than welcome to leave the State. People complaint and complaint, they are never satisfied with anything offered. Remember that after all the ammenities the complex has, it also includes water, trash, gas and CABLE. ROSE POINTE APARTMENTS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. It is very well mantained. Two thumbs up. Keep the excellent work, guys.

This has to be a fake. I'm reading every review and letting my replies tell the truth. Cable is included??? what if you want high speed internet? What do you do then? It's not free if you want more than basic cable (which is another story for the city of Fullerton and Adelphia/Time Warner)
What drew me to Rose Pointe 3 years ago no longer exists. My neighbors are extremely loud; as if nobody else is home (specifically at 5:45 am!!!) thanks for the wake up door slams (yes, slams!!) Maintenance calls are never fulfilled on time anymore. nor are they fixed on the first try. The management team is OK. All I will say is that they rarely listen to you and help solve the problem/issue. I've gotten blown off several times. The expensive rent prices are because we have to pay for the landscaping, excessive electricity usage, and heating of the spa for starters. Landscaping takes place typically Mon-Wed from about 7 or 8 in the morning until about 2pm.
$25 for an extra assigned parking spot is what I paid for over 3 years. Right before I moved out I got a notice from the management that they were redoing the parking assignments and every 2bd/2ba tenant will get 2 assigned spots. I asked them when this will take place and they said not until the first of the year (2007) When I got news of this change, it was August 2006!!! What is the deal?
Why was the office renovated? Too attract unsuspecting newbies to this place. If you're one of those, don't move here. If it's too late, stick it out or break your contract!
