Don't bother with SummerHOOD From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I lived there a year in a tiny studio that cost $750 a month. Within the first month my car got broken into and the carports are in such disrepair when it rains water leaks through the roof like a civ, soaking my car and everyone elses. What's the point of a carport if it can't protect your car from the elements' Aside from that, the management are a bunch of cheats and liars. They raise rents every 6 months based on "marketing surveys" they won't let you see. My rent went up 70 bucks, more than 10%! And if you ever have a problem with your unit, they never come and fix it. Just one excuse after another. And then they have their employees litter your door with Avon,Tupperware and other "buy stuff" parties get togethers. And its been 3 months since I've moved out and they have yet to send out a refund of my deposit.
