The UV?s are a convenient place to live, except that you get an anonymous roommate if you choose to share a room whcih is about 600 dollars a month and steadily increasing. The food is decent but not healthy and the hours are strange, the dinner is only and hour and 30 minutes long and if you don?t make it, you are on your own! The RA?s are not dependable, my door got busted down and I asked my RA for a new one, after 3 weeks I went to the office and asked for one and I got it that same day not to mention that my RA always fails to let me know when the hot water is going to be turned off. The maintenance guys are good and the grounds are taken care of but the rooms are old and the floors are dirty. I can never go barefoot in my house because my feet get black. Most of the blinds are broken in my apartment and things are constantly breaking. The one good thing about the UV?s is that they have security camera?s for evidence. i recommend the UV?s to patient people who don?t mind having to put up with a lot of crap. Be prepared to not get any privacy if your roommates have parties or people over all the time. I had fun some of the time but overall I wasn?t very satisfied.
