Had to be VERY careful w/ food. Roaches everywhere. Termites came out of a hole in the wall. Notified management on different occasions. After moving out, managment withheld security deposit even though room was left in better condition than when I arrived. After getting different people involved, they finally agreed to refund my deposit. I was very upset that they had the nerve to withhold my deposit after living in substandard conditions. Since leaving, the place has been remodeled. However, that doesn?t solve the pest problem. Also heard that the remodel was cheap, and that new things were falling apart. Stay away from this place and get a more affordable real apartment
