If only I had known better! This place is very overpriced. Rent increasingly rises year by year. Privacy is always tampered with. Noise is constantly a big problem. Management is ignorant. Management tricks you into paying a whole first months rent in August, even though you live there for 10 days. Apartments are never clean. Rats, termites, and roaches are prominent. I Never walked around bearfoot for fear of disease. Apartments are always missing something, wether it be closets, drawers, beds. They didn't even have enough beds for some people when they moved in. Food is repetitive and discusting. Only a few good meals were served. Just a horrible, expensive place to live. Its a trap for naive students. I live elsewhere and pay 1/3 the price. I suggest you do more research in the area. Parking is impossible.
