I have been living here for a year now. It is not worth it at all. Management will act nice to your face but will try to stick you with fees wherever they can. They overcharge for repairs and will write you up and eventually evict you if you try to do them yourselves. They charged my roommate 50$ for a quarter sized hole in the drywall. The apartments are filthy, have bugs and don't work properly. Not to mention its expensive. There aren't enough parking spots for the residents which will likely lead to tickets. I haven't met a nice staff member yet.

You sound real unhappy with your current home. Try The Marquis in Fullerton. Prices are really great. I have nothing negative to say about your home right now but you can try something new if you are this unhappy.
