Even though the units are old, dirty and unclean they charge for cleaning and painting, which I think is illegal so we're looking at suing them. I really enjoyed meeting people and activities and you don't have to deal with roommate agreements, BUT it's just not worth the fact that the food (included in rent) is really bad so you end up cooking your own anyway. Also, there is not enough parking so it's like being in prison cos no one wants to go anywhere otherwise you might have to park at the school and walk back at night. The staff will claim to charge you for cleaning and painting even though, I don't think the work was done....it wasn't newly painted and our shower was black with filth. Thankfully, I have video and pictures so lets see how they explain themeselves to the judge.

I got all my deposit back, you must have been a slob and broke stuff.

Thats definitely a lie that you got all your deposit back. I lived there last year and they ripped me like 200 bucks off my deposit and we took pretty good care of our place. I shared a room and my roommate got back less money than I did. Try to explain that one. Makes absolutely no sense. They overcharge waaaay too much for just "painting" your apartment. Which I'm sure they don't really do. And if they do, its not very good at all. Definitely don't expect back any more than half of your deposit.
