I got screwed with the deposit too!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I got $34 back (from a $300 deposit).
They don?t allow you for the normal wear, they paint the whole apartment, clean the carpets and the apartment regardless of the condition, which is great but why do I have to pay for it when I didn?t even leave it in bad shape'
Be careful and try to be present for the walk through so that you can question them right there and then, otherwise it will be too late.
It?s a good place to live especially if you go to the university in Fullerton, it?s very convenient but you just have to learn how to deal with the management staff especially since they move the people every so often, and most likely the people you deal with when you move in may not be the same when you move out.
