The property used to be clean and kept up. Now the focus is renting out the empty places, not the appearance. If you need something done they MIGHT get back to you. If you leave a message for the office they rarely return your call.It is a nice location and could be a nice place but we keep getting new managers and they only last 2-3 months before the Corporate office transfers them out. I asked to be on a waiting list for a 2 bdr. for 2 years and no one ever contacted me. I will be moving out soon. DO NOT rent here!!!Too much money for what you get in return. Outlets don't work, crummy cabinets, terrible carpeting, dirty trash chutes, dirty hallways and laundry rooms. Too bad they don't get someone in here that cares. And they keep raising the rent.
