Wilshire Promenade

very poor management From: sabates81 Date posted: 5/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Wilshire Promenade is located in such a great area. The apartments are really pretty good except they very much lack storage. Unfortunately, the biggest thing that is lacking is good management. I have lived here a little over a year and have seen 4 managers come and go. The worst of it is that I have needed to talk to them quite a bit. First, my roof leaked last year during the heavy rains. Mine wasn't the only one. I was finding mold growing in my closet. The only thing that the managment would do is put a dehumidifier in my closet which was supposed to run all night long. They did not fix the roof until a year later.
