Great location, but very expensive

Walking distance to all of downtown fullerton's hot spots, but the rent keeps getting higher and higher. I agree, management comes and goes, never here longer than 6 months. We had a horrible termite problem. When it came time to renew the lease they were not willing to discount due to the issue. It still comes and goes. They never turned on the heat to the pool all year as promised. For the most part it's pretty quiet. You can't hear the neighbors while they're in the house, only on the balcony or the courtyard. Great thing is the attached 2 car garage with full size washer and dryer. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
