I have been here for less than a year and I cannot wait until my lease is up! The management is notorious for scamming and ripping you off. Everything is falling apart! The elevator is past due for inspection, and I have almost gotten stuck in it too! The manager replied that when I had a problem with the garbage disposal that if I payed out of pocket in cash she could get the work done faster. I of course opted to not pay cash under the table and now have a garbage disposal that doesn't work. There are numerous other reasons but don't take my word for it!
