This used to be a nice complex when it was first built, but it is owned by a larger corporation called ESSEX PROPERTIES and they have 25,000 apartment unit throughout the west coast and could care less about the individual properties now. The manager changes every 3-4 months, and the new manager fall 2008 is horrible. She is extremely unprofessional, has NO customer service, is horrible with communication and could care less about any of the tenants. Worst leadership skills of any management person you could imagine, and will rip you off big time on your apartment, deposit, you name it...do not deal with this idiot. She will be fired within 4-6 months, and then they will do this all over again. The carpet is stained and the trash is overflowing everywhere in the unit. They do not keep up the property since she came. Also it is a real young 20 something bar crowd and it is not unusual for a big beer party going on in the pool on the weekends, and at 2am everyone is coming home from the bars and yelling and tromping up and down the halls and barfing in the lobby. I strongly do not recommend this horrible complex that has fallen apart recently with new horrible management.
