Not bad. - I have been living here for around 6 months and I don't think they are that bad. Everyone around here seems friendly, besides a few people. what a nightmare Don't lose your Job because they will come after you for the lease break. Also full of roaches inside the apartment and rat droppings pouring out of the cracks in the walls by the trash cans.

Great apartment! I actually loved my apartment! Every time I had a work order, it was done quickly. The grounds were kept pretty nice and clean. Most the time. As long as you pay your rent on time and follow the rules you won't have any problems. Definitely recommend it.
