Homestead Apartments 18% Recommended May 09 2008: when i first started attending csuf, i wanted some place that was convenient to the school. not only did they offer me a discount for the first 9 months ($1050), they told me electricity would be paid for and include Balcom Park Apartments 0% Recommended May 08 2008: This place is a joke. Gang members sit at the bbq pits on a daily AND nightly basis. 10-15 guys drinking, smoking (probably pot), and laughing and yelling at all hours of the night. You cannot walk anywhere NEAR the bbqs without Citypointe 47% Recommended Apr 29 2008: The maintenance staff is wonderful ! With new management, things are great ! The gym is awesome...the pool is a bit noisy during the summer, but not too bad. However, it's been a year and my patience with daily water shut-offs has run out. A couple hours is reasonable, 9am-6pm more than 10 times since i moved here is out Wilshire Promenade 60% Recommended Apr 29 2008: I lived there for two years and loved it there!
