I just moved into this place and I just love it. Very small complex but that also means you know everyone and everyone knows you. Parking is great lots of spaces and you get a carport and an open space at no additional cost. The complex althought is old they continue to improve it and it does feel like it was built not long ago. Great value for the money. Very spacious and well arranged floor plans. If you like a quiet place look no further even if its next to the freeway you won't hear a thing! they use double side windows so no sound in or out. Manager is one of the best I ever had she takes care of the residents like her own family. Great location! pretty much you will find anything from groceries to fast food to video stores in a two block radius. Did I mention the freeways next door' well you have major freeways less than a block away! love it love it LOVE IT! Higly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and have a great quality of life.
