nice apt as long as you dont need anything fixed...cause it aint happening.

The inside of the apartments are nicer than the outside. Apartments are spacious. I got lucky and got new appliances and carpet when i moved in.
The manager is a ditz. She is TOTALLY flakey. She lost my rent check and told me she was on too much medication to remember where she put it. She is inconsistant and she hasnt fixed my door (that was broke when I moved in)and it has been 2 years. Her grammar on the "notes" she leave on the door is so poor I am offended. She makes blatent legal (and other) statements that she has no authority to make.
Not enough trash bins around the apartment complex so the tenants get nasty grams to stop taking the trash out--DUH, why not have the trash company empty them more frequently.
Basically the apartments are nice, but the manager is a pain.

I am a tenant here at lampson village apartments and the reasoon the trash bins are full othe tenants here throw there bad or damages furiture in the bins and it make them to full. I have lived here for over 4 years and I have never had a problem with the manager. and when I report a problem it gets done. and to the outside, if someof the parents here would watch there kids while they are out side playing, like they are suppose to do, then maybe thing would not get damage, (like the tree and the bushes) and I have only seen 3 or 4 lizard here.
This complex is a nice a quit place and I would never move from here. so to the other comments, they are wrong.
