I have lived at Rancho Valencia for 1 year and 3 months and have finally had enough. I have had constant problems with termites and spiders and bees and nothing is done until I call about 5 times or more. The neighbors are all very noisy and children are constantly playing in the parking area and the trash is always overflowing and the smell from the trash is almost unbearable.

After much discontent with the property management company I have decided to move.

Again, lets get real in here. Why don't you say that you were evicted for not paying rent? Yes you lived for more than a year at this property. And were late paying rent for more than a year as well. The only reason that you were not evicted sooner was because you were always promising and complaining of not having enough money to pay rent. You were given, not three chances, but more than 12 chances to get on track with your payments and never did so. Like one of the other people that made the comments, you were also sent to collections for non payment of rent.
