The apartment complex is beautifully landscaped . You can smell the jasmine flowers when you walk through. It is always clean and free of litter. The gym is very basic, with only stairmaster, treadmill, and bikes, no weights. There are three pools that are maintained well and a spa that is usually cold. The management is fine, but they like to keep a tight ship. Parking is strict. You can pretty much count on being towed away for parking in undesignated spots. You are given 2 spots and then can park on the street with any additional vehicle. There isn't a ton of street parking, but you should be able to find a spot not too far, though you might drive around a few times. Maintenance is ok. Management calls them, but if you give them a list, they will likely only fix the first item on the list and leave. I've learned to call about one thing at a time. It is close to the 22, Korean and Vietnamese grocery stores and restaurants. You can get excellent boba within walking distance. The only thing that I don't like are the children. Once school lets out for the summer, the parents let the children run wild. There are swarms of them running from pool to pool to the gym in their wet swimsuits yelling and screaming the whole time, making it unenjoyable to have the windows open, swim, or work out. The magically disappear when school starts again. At that point, this apartment becomes a great place to live.

Which part is false? Did you even read beyond the first sentence or two? I just reread my post twice to see if there was anything misleading written, but don't see it. I listed both the good and the bad of this apartment community as I experienced it in order to give people a realistic expectation as I personally find one-sided praises or complaints to be very biased and unbelievable. I've lived here for over a year and have no idea which statements are false. Please elaborate.

The original review seems to be biased toward the apartment complex. The author of the original post may be associated with the property management. The current property Manager and the regional Manager CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be trusted.
