Ive wanted to move out since the first week! I was shown the "model" apartment, but three units later, mine was not even similar. It was quite misleading.

There were immediately many problems with the unit rented to me. For example, the unit was in very poor condition: (bathroom plumbing, cabinet fixtures falling off, paint,dirt, dust-filled carpet, a very old cracked fireplace, & the garage is totally falling apart). Multiple phone calls and office visits were necessary in order for maintenance to make the basic repairs. The repairs are still incomplete.

True, its a nice "looking" complex, if you can ignore all the spiders and hissing beatles. There are three pools, however, they do not appear to be clean or properly maintained and the water is very foggy. In addition, the maintenance is quite poor. It doesn't seem like they really know what they're doing. In fact, if you dont watch them with a close eye, the problems will actually become worse.

Finally, and most importantly, the management is horrible! They will LIE LIE LIE to you in order for you to sign the lease. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and very very un-attentive to your needs. After they have lied to, inconvienced, and insulted me to a rather extreme degree, they are still making me pay $1500 to break the lease & move out. RUN AWAY!!!!
