save your hard earned money and find another place to live. These people don't care about you after you sign the lease. The plumming is so old rust flows from it when you turn the tap on. Parking is hard to find after 8pm, people park in front of your garage door so you cannot get in or out and management wouldn't do anything about it.
I've had bad landlords, but these people have to be the worse. By the way... anyone who writes something good about this place has to be the manager or one of his leasing consultants.

I have never seen the apartment which has so many termites, and the property manager was not doing anything. I wish the owner of this complex should have seen my apartment. This was disaster, and the manager won't do anything to help the tenant. What was a waste salary! We moved out couple month ago as soon as the lease up so my baby didn't have to deal with termites flying around the apartment. PS: I always paid my rent on time, so please do not accused me of being evicted!
