I've lived here for almost a year & I HATE it!!! The management has changed 4 times. Now there is new owners and they don't care about you either. The "upgrades" are basic and done poorly. All the garages are falling apart, nobodys' openers work, the walls are so thin you and your neighbors can hear EVERYTHING going on in eachothers apartment.. you have NO privacy! I have people banging on my wall every day if Im talking too loudly (I dont even ever have company over),or if my TV is on past their bedtime. This place is ridiculous & shady! The management will bully you & are extremely rude to you if you have any complaints & dont even think about maintenance fixing things.. good luck getting them to come or come when they say they will.. im still waiting. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone!

This has to be one of the worst places I have lived in a long time. They will rent to anyone as long as you can pay the rent. If your Asian you will do fine here, otherwise, forget it. Tagging has become a big problem, they are doing a lot of repaving work to the complex which has been a nightmare finding a place to park and getting into your garage.
Pluming is so old rust comes from the facet when you first turn it on. The burners on my stove roll around so much when you put a pan on it, the pan slides off. The tile in my bathroom is coming up and management will not do anything about it. I've had a mold problem but management does not seem to car or denies it. I've had so many people move in and out of my unit, I don't even try to get to know them. Do yourself a favor, and find another place to live.
