The management is cool until you leave. I have been a resident for 4 years in this location, all was well except for the loud parties all night long and the smell of marijuana in the complex for the hip hop crowd that seemed to move in in the past year.
the Apartment was OK sized except the windows are from the 70s and they are paper thin, they rattle in storms and the roof leaks in heavy rain.
I professionally cleaned my apartment and had old carpet when I moved in. They deducted the $95 dollars even after the place was cleaned to beater standards than when I moved in. All of this and they are going to gut my place any way to make room for the upgraded apartment. Crooks!!!!
Dishonest, Rude Especially Sarah Rhyoo. I was living here way before any of you worked here, management was kind before the current management came in.
