It is apparent that the management staff is more concerned with policing the residents rather than helping to make this complex a place where the residents feel comfortable. Landscaping is most important, followed by ensuring all evidence of children is null. It is okay for residents to have rows of potted plants on stairs and in front of doors, but a tricycle in front of your own front door is considered a "fire hazard." Also, you must be very quiet during the daytime hours. You will be given a verbal warning by the maintenance/manager man for making too much noise (when is 12noon too early?).
