Run!!! Looks are Deceiving!

The management pretends to care to get you into the apartment complex. When you call the office to ask, for example, why your 2-week balcony project has not been completed and it is 2-months from the execution of the project, they do not return phone calls, are rude, and tell you that "every one is inconveinenced". My $100.00 referral fee was given to me after extensive requests, 6-months after my move-in date! After contacting ACCO Management on numerous occasions about the fact that I rented my apartment as a fully functioning unit and now I have not had use of my balcony (with my BBQ grill in my living room) for 3-months!!! I am still paying full rent for a less than functioning apartment and have been told that I need to understand "that the project has taken a long time to complete." As well as, "I hope that you can understand that balcony projects sometimes take longer than first planned." I have requested compensation on numerous occasions and have not been given any. If you want to rent a unit that potentially will not be completely functional after you move in, have strange men working on your apartment without notice between 8am and 5pm on any given weekday for 3-months and still pay full rent, than I suggest you move in to Cypress Pointe Apartments and have an uncomfortable, and frustrating living environment!!! Sincerely, from a young professional business woman, who made a bad apartment choice.
