I Rented Here For 6 Months In Which I Spent 4 Of Them Over Sea's. I Fed/Ex My Rent To Them Every Month While Over Sea's, The Last Month I Was coming Back To U.S. But Was Stuck In Hong Kong Due To The Virus Scare, So I Called And Left Message I Will Pay Rent When I Arrive (Around The 4th). When I Arrived Back To The States On The 6th They Served Me With An Eviction Notice!. I Bought A Home In Las Vegas And Moved And Then Received A Bill For Over $500.00 For Damages Over And Beyond My Deposit For Stains In The Carpet, $240.00 Cleaning Services, Scracthes On The Kitchen Counters, Carpet Cleaning Etc.. All This Was Listed In My Move In Report, But They Didn't Care!!!. If You Want To Pay For Their Carpet And Paint Every Time You Move In And Out, Then This Is The Place You Want To Be!!!!. BEWARE
