This place used to be decent. The management as of 2005 does not fix things in a timely manner. I have been waiting for a long time to have things done in my home. I pay a huge amount of rent and live in an apartment that has many broken things. The tenents that have been moving in are party people and the police have been to this complex on numerous occasions since the new management was hired. The grounds are poorly maintained, and the workers blow a leafblower for 6 hours every Tuesday. They pass my apartment several times with the leafblower, I think a rake might be more effective than these people. My clothing has been stolen more than one time. And some of the "new" tenants have woken up early to superglue my windshield wipers down and put paint spots and squiggles on every car in the complex. I have had it, we are looking to move. I do not recommend this place at all!!! If you have repairs I suggest you both phone and write them down. Mail your request by certified mail so you have proof of receipt and can really get them in trouble! They better get new management soon b/c this place has a bad reputation in Gilroy now, and there are many other places where the rent is alot less.
