Incompetent, lazy, rude, just dont!

Having lived in apartments all my life I have seen the good the bad and the ugly. As well as everything in the middle. Iām a long time resident at Cypress Pointe in Gilroy CA. I have seen the o.k. in the managers two sets ago. The Bad in the ones before these, who recently seem to have left. I was hopping the management company would get there head screwed on straight with the next set, but my fears have come true instead of my hopes. The newest managers are incompetent, lazy, rude, and come across completely inept. What where the management company thinking' Where did they get these backwater, moronic, people' Iām sorry Iām a little angry. I love my apartment and I love living here but these two are beyond stupid, and moreover just plan RUDE, and INCOMPETENT! Iām thinking of leaving for good! And having lived here so long trust me when I say this place is about to take a huge turn for the worst. If you have to move to Gilroy and if you have to pick Cypress Pointe, work with the assistant manager, she is at least knowledgeable, caring, and I pray will out last these two new clowns the company has in here.

I actually lived there as well when these two managers came in. We recently just moved out and in dealing with the move out process the assistant manager was the rude one and would literally step in FRONT of the manager to speak her mind. The people before may not have been great managers in the sense of the word, but they were SO nice!

I have lived at Cypress for over 3 years now. My rent has been raised three times and they never come and fix anything. The management would rather leave notices claiming the neighbors are complaining about my son's toys on the back patio (he has 2 tonka trucks). Apparently I'm using my upstairs back patio as "storage" for these 2 tonka trucks and I'm in violation of my lease? They are threatening to "terminate my residency" over it.

It sounds like something ----- would do! I live here too and I'm trying to get out but it seems impossible! Can anyone help? I can't take the harrassment any more! I get blamed for loud music and parties when I'm asleep? ----- (manager) and her husband always walk by and look into my apartment...where's the privacy!!??
