DO NOT RENT HERE!

I repeat: DO NOT RENT HERE!
I cannot wait until my lease is up in December. The managers are so rude!
They LIE. You are given 5 days grace period (in the contract) to turn in the rent or they charge you - well I turned it in ONE day late & they tried to charge me.

There is a ----ass "maintenance" guy who spies on EVERYONE. If you even have guests on your balcony, he will yell at you threatening to call the police. And it took him 4 months to finally come to our unit to make repairs. 4 MONTHS! You are NOT safe. These people are CREEPS.

They kick their own tenants out of the pool for "noise complaints." And don't even think about having your boyfriend/girlfriend stay the night - they will post notices on their car to move it or it will be towed.

People who don't even live there use the weight room, pool, and laundry facility.

PLEASE - DO NOT be fooled! The rent seems OK, the unit looks OK, the deposit it low... MOVE ON & rent somewhere else! This place is a nightmare!

The apartment managers consist of: a married couple that lives on-site, and a young lady who the bulk of the residents find "dense". Technically, the male is supposed to be the maintenance supervisor, and the female is supposed to be the manager. The male has made several racial remarks to the landscaping team since they've been here. He also discriminates against young singles, as well as residents with a child (or children). The amenities are: Fitness Center (which is in dire need of repair); Swimming Pool (which was not covered during the winter months and was filled with leaves, branches, etc); and Laundry Rooms. They are open from 8a - 10p daily. Of these, guests are only allowed to use the pool. There are 2 Laundry Rooms on-site, and are not adequately equipped. Seven washers ($1.10) and 8 dryers ($1.00) are in each room. The management company is listed below; the apt mgrs will tell you that you cannot contact ACCO. You can!
