Not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Dont let the outside fool you. The apartments are refurbished but they are kind of shady. When we first moved in we didnt have to pay for water and garbage now we do.It is a gated community but the gates remain open untill 5 pm.. (whats the point) We were charged 50 dollars for the remote. We didnt ask for the gates.If you have children this is not the place to live. Kids are not allowed to do anything. The management is a complete joke. I like to call her the Apartment nazi. For the drive and for the amount your paying in rent is totally not worth moving all the way to gilroy.
