Poor Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Parkview Apartments is very poorly run. Every year there is someone new magaging. Current 2002-2003 Manager(s) dont do anything about making this place at all welcoming. Management has the eviliantcy of a high school diplomacy on running this complex! No people skills what so ever. HUD needs to clean house on their own employees! Rules of complex are never met or treated the same for tennants. One rule applys differently for everyone. This is not right or fair to anyone. There is many forms of discrimination here as well. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
