New Management Again! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Here we go again with new management. Everybody talks about cleaning this place up but I think they are going at it all wrong. First off, they should be installing new windows that are sound proof and are sealed of all drafts and water, and not worry about replacing the fences at this time. We have new managers that smoke while working. (Thought there was a smoking at work law) Anyways, it is offending to me especially when I smell it in the office while Iam signing papers. I have noticed that two different tennants also have small dogs! I think that the manager must know them.
