Well I'm not management, and am just a regular tenant. In the time that I've lived here, there have been management changes. I have to say that almost no one likes changes when they occur but change is a fact of life. Parkside has been a great place for me. Obviously the preceding poster is biased and hasn't even lived here. I have to agree, that many problems arise from just a few who don't understand how to live in a community complex. Children are ok with me since there is a park across the street for them to play in. When I hear children, it is usually during the daytime. I've never had problems with children here even at night time. The only problems are actually from the occasional adult that doesn't want to follow rules or cares about their neighbors. I've had one complaint and it was handled quickly. This complex and management is no worse than any other complex and shines in areas that other complexes are lacking in. If you are considering moving here, simply check it out yourself, stop by during the afternoon or evening and see what the community is like. I agree with a previous poster that many times problems arise from individuals that haven't learned to be mature tenants.
