Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Spacious economical place in glendale.

Manager seems to be OK. Average maintenance.

No water sprinklers in apartments. Light non sound proof walls.

BEWARE OF very high electric bills $200-500 USD for one bedroom, possibly due to old wiring.
