| I stayed in this apartment for 1 year. Badly managed apartment - elecricity bill is quite high and worst his the manager who is very rude and unfriendly. | ||||||||||||

| Spacious economical place in glendale. Manager seems to be OK. Average maintenance. No water sprinklers in apartments. Light non sound proof walls. BEWARE OF very high electric bills $200-500 USD for one bedroom, possibly due to old wiring. | ||||||||||||
