	I stayed in this apartment for 1 year. Badly managed apartment - elecricity bill is quite high and worst his the manager who is very rude and unfriendly.

	Spacious economical place in glendale. Manager seems to be OK. Average maintenance. No water sprinklers in apartments. Light non sound proof walls. BEWARE OF very high electric bills $200-500 USD for one bedroom, possibly due to old wiring.

	This apartment is not located for Dish network. They won't allow you to fix the dish on the roof. Please please don't think about this apartment.
