	The place ids full of roaches. Poor managemnt. Very noisy during summer (due to kids & swimming pool). Overall bad experience. Will not recommend to new tenants.

	Mary Anne, The Portfolio Manager is the most un cooperative person. Very aggressive lady. Minor maintainence charges are billed to the residents.
