Folks,
I ask that you never deal with these people. EVER. I called this management company on Sunday and let them know that I wanted a STUDIO apartment. Since it was the weekend, I assumed that they were going to contact me first thing Monday morning.
Monday comes along, and I wait till about late morning (10ish)... no call. So I decided to cal them up and again let themknow my interest in the STUDIO apartment. The lady, Rosa, said "oh I was meaning to call you.... blah blah blah" Thus I made an appointment to see the apartment on Thursday.
Tuesday comes along (this morning) and I call them up and let them know that I have questions and I want to fill out the application. They transfer me, then put me on hold, then they just straight lied to my face. "You said you wanted the 1 bedroom." "No Rosa, I stated that I wanted to see the Studio" "Well we just rented it to someone else" And instead of apologizing, she says "Please hold. I have another call." Leaves me on hold again for about 5 minutes.
In my head I must have said so many cuss words... but I am indeed a gentleman. I said my goodbyes and now I'm letting you know that these people are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Do not go to them with your business."
