Don't move here. - This is the loudest apartment I have ever lived in--and I am from New York. Like another reviewer said, the walls are PAPER thin. Best Value For your Money I found that 416 on Broadway is where it is at if you value your dollar. Condo qaulity furnishings and a loation that beats them all. I used to live at the Americana and paid 20% more and lived with all the noise and traffic. Now I just walk 4 blocks to it and safe

Worst apartments I stayed in this apartment for 6 months. The manager is non cooperative. Even maintenance guy who repairs stuff is very rude. They are very unprofessional and are a pain to deal with. They always complain back to you. They are impolite. They refuse to be helpful.

Very Bad apartent complex I stayed in this apartemnst for a year it has many issues - the manager is rude / unfreindly, there are roaches and bed bugs everywhere, very high rent, no gym , useless swimming place, very bad ventilation. It is not worth staying there.
