Glendora Park Place

 
Glendora parkplace is a nice apartment with very nice upgrades and aplliances...BUT if your looking for a quiet peaceful home get away this is NOT the place for you...The builders in charge of the sound proofing were idiots! I can hear conversations of the people that work in the business below us and the people above us sound like they are auditioning for the circus! for a two year old building this should NOT be an issue, also there is no age limit on the people that can live here with two local colleges this is a problem....I was ready to move out 6 months in my lease...make sure you get a top floor apt! parking is also a problem if you have more then one car, you get one space behind the gate. other parking is free game and you have to share these spots with the retail business I usally have to park on the street until about 8pm then once the people leave the retail centers I can move my car in a space.
