The place looks nice and new and it is nice that it has washer/dryer in apartment. BUT the carpet is TERRIBLE! They clean it before you move in, but the spots appear within a week! They have NEVER changed the carpet since they were built - GROSS! The apartment manager always has an excuse why they don't fix certain things and is always complaining how much things cost.
