My wife and I are moving because of work. We had a great experience with Grand Terrace. The management was always nice and available, we didn't have any problems so didn't need to see them much. Maintance guys are great and always helpful and do their work in a timely manner. We love the floor plan of these apartments! We had no issues with noise, except the ceiling is a little thin, but this is a minor issue. We had great parking and great location in the back corner away from the street. No issues with crime.
