1) Rent is too high like all of IV
2) Lease rules are too extreme.
3) They never fixed damages their own handyman made to my unit.
4) There is not even one visitor parking spot.
5) Management does not seem to have read the lease themselves.
6) Kitchen sink is too shallow.
7) Can't get to your mailbox evenings and weekends.
