too much fee! From: gggch Date posted: 8/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved out this July, and I cleaned the room very carefully, much more clean than my last apartment(also in IV, 200 meters away from Abrego). However, they charged me almost $600 for the cleaning. It was awful. My last apartment was much dirtier, and the manager only charged me $180. So I think they use relatively lower(not very low) rental fee to attract people to live in, and charge them crazy when they move out.
