BIGGEST DUMP AND RIP OFF EVER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   If you want to live in a dump with mice go for it. The management is horrible and they do everything in their power to keep your deposit even when the place looks better than when you move in. The only good thing about this building is the maintenance guy very nice and a hard worker I am sure they pay him peanuts. I would rather live in a tent. Plumbing is horrible they over charge for garbage and they hire incompetent BRAIN DEAD managers. My parking space always had workers or management parked in it when I would get home from school. I think they get a kick back from the towing company because they spend more time towing people than working on the apartments.The place smells of gas. Our apartment was considered a 3 bedroom yeah right. DO NOT RENT HERE ITS HORRIBLE
