all and all, this place has is pretty good... i graduated this year, and have lived in a few different places in iv that were REally sad... the management changed a while ago, and has been great to deal with some problems that i was having with my shower draining. this place is definitely a college environment though, so if you are looking for absolute peace, it may not be for you... though it's been way better for studying than my place on trigo last year.
