One time I filed for the maintenance and asked for appointment only. But they ignored the fact that I needed an appointment for entering my apartment. They just keyed in without respects! I am a female and was in the bathroom for heaven's sake. When I came out from the bathroom, heard three total strangers taking in spanish, I was horrified! Then I complained to the manager, and the next thing I knew was I needed to move out in 30 days. Before I moved out, I hired a liscensed cleaning company to clean my apt inside and out which costed me $400. However, the manager apparently was not satisfied of what the professional company did to my apartment. Dearborn charged me $70 for 'light cleaning' since they saw some 'unclean' marks on the sliding doors of the bath tub and some powder-like thing on the formica in the kitchen! Also, you won't get assigned parking, you will only get a permit. So if you go back home late, you probably have to park on street. DON'T RENT THIS PLACE!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
